2026 Winter Fire School – Leading With Trust

As part of the Indiana Fire Academy’s 3rd annual Winter Fire School, Alex will be presenting a 4-hour program titled “Leadership Accountability: Leading With Tust, Not Micromanagement.”

This program dives deeper into strategies for new officers and administrators as well as how to counteract and build relationships when subjected to a micromanager.

This program provides strategies you can implement today to build trust and lead teams with confidence. Aspiring, new, and experienced leaders will benefit from the strategies and plans we’ll use to build stronger, more resilient crews.
