Leadership Accountability

I’m bringing my class – Leadership Accountability: Leading with Trust, Not Micromagement – to the 2026 Alberta Fire Chiefs Association Conference!

This class will give current and aspiring company officers, formal and informal leaders, with the tools to lead without falling into the trap of micromanagement. Participants will explore the balance between oversight and autonomy, learning how to foster trust, accountability, and high performance within their teams. Through practical strategies attendees will gain confidence in managing personnel while developing future leaders in the fire service.
